"Lellux" in Qala is situated on the most South-easterly tip of Gozo and enjoys some of the best views on the island from stunning walks around the perimeter of the village.

Qala boasts a pretty square with bustling bars, restaurants and a magnificent church. The bay of Hondoq, just a few minute drive from the farmhouse, with a small beach and rugged coast line is the perfect place to laze away hot, summer days.

Our standard Sunset Sailing tour usually involves departing either Gozo or Malta around 16.30 taking a gentle sail along the stunning coastline to call in at one of the secluded bays of comino and the Blue Lagoon for a swim and relax, followed by a freshly prepared meal with a glass or two of wine.

.As the sun starts to drop we set the sails for the return journey. The sun setting whilst under sail at sea is a sight to behold.

COMINO AND THE BLUE LAGOON

Comino (Maltese: Kemmuna) is an island of the Maltese Islands between the islands of Malta and Gozo in the Mediterranean Sea, measuring 1.35 sq. miles in area. Named after the Cumin seed that once flourished in the Maltese islands, Comino is noted for its tranquility and isolation. It has a permanent population of only four residents. One priest and one policeman commute from the nearby island of Gozo, to render their services to the local population and summertime visitors.

Today, Comino is a Bird sanctuary and Nature reserve. During the summer months of July and August tourists and locals alike flock to the Blue Lagoon, to enjoy the beautiful clear cyan waters.
